I placed an order, how do I change it?
If you accidentally chose the wrong item/size or would like to change products ordered please email us at email@example.com within 4 hours of ordering.
Where is my order?
Please check current turn arounds.
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your parcel is dispatched, if after 4 weeks you have not received your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track it down for you.
Please note, that if your order includes a pre order item your order will all be shipped at once, once the pre order item has arrived .
I ordered the wrong size
Unfortunately exchanges or refunds cannot be made for choosing the wrong size, please ensure you are ordering the correct size, or if you have any question about sizing please email us at email@example.com or send us a message on our facebook page.
Using a Discount Code
Once you are at the checkout enter your correct promotional code into the discount bar and click ‘Apply’.
If you are checking out on a mobile device please click “Show order summary” and the discount box is in the drop down
If your code does not work please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make sure you aren’t overpaying
My Item is Faulty
We aim for a high standard at all times & check everything before it leaves our warehouse, however if you unfortunately receive a faulty item we will work as quickly as possible to get the problem rectified. Please send us a photo of the defect/fault to email@example.com
Your little one is precious and so are our clothes. We recommended that you follow the care instructions in each garment.
